Benefits at a Glance

Regular employees working twenty or more hours per week are eligible for an exceptional benefit package. Single and family insurance premiums are fully paid by the company.

Medical Insurance: A choice between two HMO health insurance plans is offered.

Dental Insurance: Delta Dental of Wisconsin provides dental coverage.

Life Insurance: Term life insurance in the amount of one times an employee’s annual salary is provided at no cost. Spouses and dependents also receive company-paid life insurance benefits at no cost. Employees may also choose to buy additional coverage for themselves, spouses, and children at favorable group rates.

Short-Term Disability Insurance: Provides paid time off for short-term illness/disability. Benefits are paid at 70% of weekly earnings for a maximum period of 26 weeks.

Long-Term Disability Insurance: Benefits pay 60% of basic monthly earnings, up to a maximum amount.

In addition, employees have generous vacation, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plan benefits:

Earned Time Off (ETO): Instead of traditional sick, holiday, and vacation leave benefits we provide employees with one category of time off with pay. ETO accrual is 26 days for full-time hourly employees and 30 days for full-time salaried employees during the first full year of employment, with additional days per year according to length of service.

Continuing Education: Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $4,000 per calendar year.

403(b) Retirement Savings Plan: Our 403(b) retirement plan provides mutual fund investment options. Participants who contribute at least 1% of their annual salary enjoy a generous company match. Employer and employee contributions are 100% vested immediately.

Flexible Benefits Plan: Employees can pay for non-covered medical, dental, and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars instead of after-tax dollars, thereby saving money each pay period.
