| Benefits at a Glance
Regular employees working twenty or more hours per
week are eligible for an exceptional benefit package.
A generous portion of single and family insurance premiums are paid
by the company.
Medical Insurance: A choice between
four health insurance plans including two Point of Service options are offered.
Dental
Insurance: Delta Dental of Wisconsin provides dental
coverage.
Life Insurance: Term life insurance in the
amount of one times an employee’s
annual salary is provided at no cost. Spouses and dependents also receive
company-paid life insurance benefits at no cost. Employees may also choose
to buy additional coverage for themselves, spouses,
and children at favorable group rates.
Short-Term Disability Insurance: Provides paid
time off for short-term illness/disability. Benefits
are paid at 70% of weekly earnings for a maximum
period of 13 weeks.
Long-Term Disability Insurance: Benefits pay 60% of basic monthly earnings, up
to a maximum amount.

Earned
Time Off (ETO): Instead of traditional sick, holiday,
and vacation leave benefits we provide employees
with one category of time off with pay. ETO accrual
is 26 days for full-time hourly employees and 30
days for full-time salaried employees during the
first full year of employment, with additional days
per year according to length of service.
Continuing
Education: Full-time employees are
eligible for tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 per
calendar year, and part-time employees are eligible for up to $2,500 per calendar year.
403(b) Retirement Savings Plan: Our
403(b) retirement plan provides mutual fund investment
options. After one year of service, Turville Bay will match up to 6% of an employee's annual compensation provided. Employer and
employee contributions are 100% vested immediately.
Flexible
Benefits Plan: Employees can pay for non-covered
medical, dental, and dependent care expenses with
pre-tax dollars instead of after-tax dollars, thereby
saving money each pay period. |
