Richard J. Baker Jr., M.D. has been with Madison Radiologists, S.C. since 1997. He earned his Medical Degree from Dartmouth Medical School in 1989 and was Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology in 1994 by the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Baker earned additional ABR certifications in Vascular and Interventional Radiology and Neuroradiology in 1999. Prior to coming to Madison, he was an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Dartmouth Medical School, Interventional Radiologist at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire, and Chief of Radiology at VAMC White River Junction, Vermont. Dr. Baker is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, American Heart Association, Radiological Society of North America, American College of Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society, Wisconsin Medical Society, and Wisconsin Radiological Society. He has been a member of the Turville Bay Board since 2006.
Director of Clinical Operations, Specialty Care Clinics at UnityPoint Health-Meriter
David Childers is Director of Clinical Operations, Specialty Care Clinics at UnityPoint Health-Meriter in Madison, Wisconsin. Dave has a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis, advanced certification in Radiology Administration (CRA) from the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators and a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Northern Illinois University. Prior to joining UnityPoint Health-Meriter Dave was with OSF Healthcare from 1992 until 2008 serving in a variety of roles including as a Director at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford Illinois from 2001 until 2008. In that role Dave was responsible for a variety of departments including Medical Imaging, a fully accredited Sleep Center and Neurodiagnostics. Prior to this Dave was the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor at OSF Saint Joseph Hospital in Belvidere Illinois and worked in the Clinical Laboratory at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center.

Sue Erickson is Chief Operating Officer at UnityPoint Health-Meriter. She has been with UnityPoint Health-Meriter since 1987 and has functioned as a Medical Technologist, Laboratory Supervisor and Section Head, Laboratory Technical Manager, Director of Meriter Home Health and most recently as Vice President of Professional Services. In the VP role she was responsible for overseeing Medical Imaging, Pulmonary Medicine, Meriter Laboratories, Pharmacy and Materials Management, Nutrition and Hospitality Services, Biomedical Services, Meriter Home Health, Facilities, Engineering, Security and Construction, Marketing and Strategic Planning. Ms. Erickson received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa in Medical Technology in 1983 and a Masters of Business Administration from Edgewood College in 2000. She is currently a board member for Dane County Cytology Center, Wisconsin Sleep, Inc., Madison United Healthcare Linen and Meriter Health Enterprises. Ms. Erickson served a two-year term as a board member of Wisconsin Association of Medical Equipment (WAMES) from 2007 to 2009 and was on the Monona Chamber of Commerce Board from 2009-2014. Since 2011, Sue served on the Wisconsin American Diabetes Association Board and completed her term as Chair in 2014.
Radiation Oncologist, Medical Director - Turville Bay MRI & Radiation Oncology Center
Practicing at Turville Bay MRI & Radiation Oncology Center, MadisonPrior to joining our staff in 2012, Dr. Michelle Kolton Mackay served at the Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, Wisconsin. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine, Dr. Mackay served her internship and residency at Drexel University College of Medicine/Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she also served as Chief Resident Physician. She served as Medical Director of Radiation Oncology at both Saint Michael’s Hospital in Stevens Point, Wisconsin and the Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Weston, Wisconsin during her tenure with Marshfield Clinic. Dr. Mackay is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology.
President - SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital-Janesville
Kerry Swanson is president of SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital-Janesville in Janesville, Wisconsin. The campus includes a 50-bed hospital, an adjacent physician’s office complex and will also be home to a new radiation oncology unit, opening spring-2016. Kerry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Malone College in Canton, Ohio and has a Master’s Degree in Health Administration. Before accepting her position as President, SSM Health-St. Mary’s Hospital Madison, Kerry was the chief operating officer at Alliance Community Hospital, a 200-bed facility located in Alliance, Ohio. Her expertise includes physician relations, quality improvement, patient and employee satisfaction, and operations. Kerry began her career as a staff nurse and served in leadership positions at Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio.
Regional Vice President of Ancillary Services - SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital
Seth R. Teigen is the Regional Vice President of Ancillary Services at SSM Health Care of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin. Seth holds a degree in Radiologic Technology from the University of Wisconsin Hospital, a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Arts, a Master of Science degree in Health Care Administration from the University of St. Francis, and is a Fellow (FACHE) of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He has held previous director positions overseeing a variety of ambulatory areas, including orthopedics, neurosciences, pain programming, GI services, physical medicine and rehab, and medical imaging. Mr. Teigen serves on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Chapter of American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Madison Area Technical College Radiology Advisory Board.

Barb Thiermann is the Executive Director at Turville Bay. She has been with Turville Bay since 1995 and has functioned as a Radiation Therapist and Manager of the Radiation Oncology Department. In her current role Barb is responsible for planning and directing all operational and administrative aspects of Turville Bay MRI & Radiation Oncology Center as well as marketing and strategic planning. Barb holds degrees in Radiologic Technology from St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee WI and Radiation Therapy from St. Josephs Hospital, Milwaukee WI, a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Arts and a Master of Science degree in Health Care Administration from the University of St. Francis Joliet Illinois. Barb serves on the Professional Advisory committee for Gildas Club Madison.
